We live in Michigan, but have wintered in Cave Creek the past few years. We met Paula quite by accident one winter when we came to an open house to see a condo she was representing. We were not in a position to purchase one at that time, but our chance encounter surely proved beneficial! When our circumstances changed and we felt ready to look for a patio home in earnest, we called Paula prior to driving out to Arizona so that we could ask a number of important questions before we pursued anything further. We received answers to our questions during that call, with detailed emails following up the very next day and beyond. With that, we knew that we had found our real estate agent! As she did throughout our purchase, Paula provided quick and detailed guidance right from the start.

As we were driving to Arizona and passing through Albuquerque, we spotted a 2 hour old listing for a patio home in Carefree. It looked like it could be “the one,” so we called Paula while we were still on the road and she got started. She was able to secure a visit to the patio home our first day in Cave Creek and got us connected with a local lender before we even got into town so that part of the process could proceed.

Three days later with Paula negotiating the deal, we were the new owners of our beautiful patio home! Of course, that was just the start of all that needed to happen prior to the final closing. Throughout it all, Paula anticipated our needs and provided answers to questions that we didn't even know needed answering! She was always one step ahead, working with us, the agent representing our patio home, the lender, the title agency … you name it. Everything was managed with such care and efficiency. Being new to the Valley, we could never have accomplished all of this with the ease that she made possible.
