I have over 20 years of strategic marketing experience and I will market your property with professional photography, copywriting and media to attract not just any buyers, but the right buyers. I will host open houses and preview listings in your area before we even meet so we know what we are up against in terms of competition. I am a strong negotiator and will work to get the price and terms you are happy with. I will proactively manage the transaction, taking care of as much as I can for you, anticipating and minimizing problems. I will keep you informed and will respond to your calls, texts and emails promptly. Lastly, I will not stop until we are at the finish line and you have your net proceeds in hand!

 

For those BUYING, I am an Accredited Buyer's Representative. Whether you are a first time home buyer or are looking for your forever home, second home or investment property, I will listen to your needs and search for properties that align well. I will preview properties to make the process efficient for you. If you are new to the area, I will help you learn about the market and if you are a fellow Arizonan, I can help you explore new areas or find your home in an area you already love. I am an excellent negotiator and will work hard to get you the right property at the right price and terms. I will proactively manage the process, taking care of as much as I can for you, anticipating and minimizing problems. I will keep you informed and respond to your calls, texts and emails promptly. I can help identify resources as needed, including financing, home inspection, movers, home service and more. Lastly, I will not stop until you have successfully closed with keys to your new home in hand!
