Our home was listed after a thorough presentation by Paula as to comparable homes that had been sold in our community, the benefits of working with her and Caldwell Banker and how best to stage our home. We discussed pricing and came up with a number that was acceptable to both of us. We received a full price offer the next day and went to settlement a month later. She handled the open houses, technical aspects, inspections and work that had to be done as a result, paperwork and provided information re organizations we could donate our furnishings to. She even brought pastries for us and bagels for the movers. She will take very good care of you.
